Our Team

Kyle is from Ewing, NJ. He has extensive knowledge in fitness and sports training, specializing in Baseball, powerlifting, functional movement, and athletes.

Training: Kyle has been training in the area for 12 years working with everyone from the inexperienced to high-level athletes and lifters. He specializes working with you to find the techniques that will work best and most efficiently for you as an individual. Whether you are looking for programming, having your training overseen, or private sessions, he will continually adjust things until you are moving as optimally as possible.

Baseball: Kyle has been in the baseball world since he finished playing in 2008. He has coached teams from 10u - 18u including National teams that have produced draft picks and many college commitments under Dave Gallagher. Currently, he gives hitting lessons for both baseball and softball, speed/strength training for teams, and runs baseball training for teams. Similar to in the gym, Kyle will work with you to understand your body and swing to find what is best for you as an individual.

When Kyle isn’t training/coaching he is enjoys hunting, sleeping, and spending time with his fiancé and family, especially his nieces!

Originally verbally committed out of Mercer County Community College to play for the University of Delaware, Anthony decided to take his draft option to play for the Washington Nationals. After being with the Nationals for four seasons, he moved on to play independently for the Lancaster Stormers and Long Island Ducks. While with the Stormers, he won the league title in 2022 and 2023, being a key piece both seasons handling the pitching staff as well as at the dish. The Hamilton Native retired after a 7 year professional career, and after training with Kyle Elder his high school, college, and pro career, it was an easy decision for him to join the Full Depth team. He now heads into the coaching world looking forward to building up youth sports and giving back to the community. We are very happy to have him aboard!

Eli is from Trenton, NJ. He is currently an Independent League player. Eli started training intensively at Full Depth in 2021 and has been a member ever since. In 2022, during his recovery from knee surgery, Eli became part of the training team and has been an invaluable asset to the pitching section of The Yard Baseball. As an active pro pitcher, Eli introduces new and youthful insights to the team, offering his expertise from playing and serving as a source of inspiration for the young athletes to admire him not just as a coach but as a mentor as well.

Furthermore, Eli manages the social media, being the creative force behind all the awesome videos.

Bob Buskett

Bob is from Hamilton, NJ.

NDHS (04) and TCNJ alum (08) - 4 year starter compiling 20 wins as a top 10 all time LHP.

Bob’s coaching career began at his alma mater TCNJ for three years as pitching coordinator before heading to Asia to work with Major League Baseball. During his 3+ years overseas, he earned the title of Pitching Coordinator and Assistant Coach for MLB Development Centers in China, which aims to prepare players to excel in post high school academics and/or professional baseball. Bob had a stop at the 2013 World Baseball Classic in Japan working for Bryce Hurst, Art Howe, and John McLaren. While with MLB, Bob worked as a pitching coach for MLB’s Taiwan Elite Camp. Throughout Asia, Bob worked as an MLB Envoy Coach training local little league and national team players throughout the region including the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Singapore. After returning to the states, Coach Buskett worked closely with young ball players of all ages, including 2 years at Hightstown High School and 7+ years in the travel baseball circuit.

When Bob isn’t coaching baseball he is spending time with his wife, Erica, and his two children Bryce and Cataleya!

  • FILLMYER ALSO PLAYED FOR THE CLEVELAND GUARDIANS AAA TEAM IN COLUMBUS, OHIO IN 2021 AS WELL AS THE SAN DIEDO PADRES AAA TEAM IN EL PASO, TX. 2022 SEASON.

Tyler, a graduate of immaculata university, is from Hamilton NJ. He is currently the associate head coach / recruiting coordinator at penn state abington university. he started his coaching career in 2021 at mercer county community college as the hitting and catching coach, helping the vikings to a NJCAA d2 college world series berth in 2022. most recently he was an assistant coach at west chester university, where he worked directly with the hitters and catchers. in his short time at west chester he helped the golden rams win the 2024 PSAC conference tournament, raising team wide batting average from .289 in 2023 to .324 in 2024, while leading the PSAC in batting average, hits, on base percentage, total runs, and hit by pitches while being second in rbi’s, doubles, and slugging percentage. tyler also mentored one psac player of the year, four first-team all psac hitters, one second team all psac hitter, one region player of the year, two first-team all region hitters, one second-team all region hitter, and one all-american honorable mention hitter.
