At The Yard at Full Depth, we offer customized in-season strength and conditioning programs designed to complement your schedule, ensuring you stay strong, stay fast, and stay healthy throughout the season.

IBase Strength (2x a week): $150 (same price individually or with add-ons)


•    Arm Care (2x a week): $100 with add-ons, or $140 if purchased individually

•    Extra Workout Days (Mobility & Strength): $40 with add-ons, or $50 individually

•    Cage Access (Unlimited): $30 with add-ons, or $60 individually

•    Recovery Tools: $20 with add-ons, or $30 per hour individually


Total all in for add ons and base strength=  $340 per month
